The Stan Hardy Best Conference Paper Award is presented annually at the MWDSI Conference to recognize outstanding research contributions in the field of decision sciences. This prestigious award is given to the best overall paper submitted to the conference, showcasing excellence in methodology, originality, and impact. The winning paper is selected through a rigorous review process by a panel of experts. This award honors the legacy of Dr. Stan Hardy, a distinguished scholar in decision sciences, and encourages high-quality research in the discipline.

Submission Requirement:

To be considered for the Stan Hardy Best Conference Paper Award, you must submit a full paper using the DSI paper template format and indicate your interest in the award within the conference submission system.

  • Each registered attendee may submit only one paper for consideration in the Best Paper Competition.

Judging Panel:

A panel of distinguished scholars will be announced to evaluate all submissions for the 2027 conference.

Note:

  • Each registered presenter may deliver up to three paper presentations. Presenters may also be listed as co-authors on additional papers, provided those papers are presented by a different registered presenter.

  • Each registered attendee may submit only one paper for consideration in the Best Paper Competition
